Here you will find everything you need to know about the Hotel Bergzeit, your vacation with your dog and your personal mountain adventure. You can find our detailed dog ABC here.
You can move into your room from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
On departure we ask you to leave the room by 10.00 am.
For babies & toddlers we have the following equipment in the hotel: children’s and baby bathrobes, kettle, stool, bottle warmer, diaper bucket, potty, baby monitor, high chairs, baby carriages, back carriers, cribs and bed guards. Please let us know what you need when you book.
We are also on hand with help and advice and are happy to help with all questions and concerns relating to family vacations.

For payments on site we accept cash or EC/credit card.
We charge € 40.00 per dog and night.
We offer you an orthopaedic dog bed in your room, a drinking and feeding bowl for your four-legged friends and many other dog-inclusive services.
Yes, a parking space is available for each room directly at the hotel.
If you arrive with an electric car, we have an e-charging station directly at the hotel parking lot.
In the event of delayed arrival or early departure, the entire travel price is due.
Cancellation fees will be charged without exception. We therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance through our hotel.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. From 59 days to 8 days before arrival the costs are 70% of the arrangement. From 7 days before arrival we charge 100% of the booked arrangement.
Otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply.
