Our
dog rules

We are delighted that you are spending your vacation with us together with your dog.
To ensure that two-legged and four-legged friends feel equally at home, we ask you to observe a few simple rules. You can find the complete dog ABC here. Grazie Mille!

Out of consideration for other guests and dogs, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate bitches in heat.

Please do not use the meadows and fields of the surrounding farms.

Please always keep your dog under control when hiking. When passing grazing livestock: keep your dog on a short lead. If an attack by a grazing animal is imminent – please take your dog off the lead immediately so that it can get out of the way.

Please keep your dog on a lead at all times in the entire hotel area and in the local area – with the exception of the rooms and the dog-free zone.

Your dog will have its own bed and blanket. Please note that sofas, armchairs and guest beds are reserved for humans.

You will find beautiful walking paths directly in front of the hotel. Please be considerate of our facilities – please only walk outside to go to the toilet.

“Gackerl ins Sackerl” – dog bags are available. Please help to keep nature clean.

Dogs are welcome in the restaurant, but please not in the buffet area and without feeding under or next to the table.

Our spa & wellness area and our fitness area are dog-free zones – we ask for your understanding.

The following applies when using the Panoramabahn, Kieserlbahn or public transport: Leashes and muzzles are mandatory.

When hiking in the Grossarl Valley, you may come across cows or other grazing livestock. Please always keep your dog on a short lead and stay calm. In the event of danger or an attack by an animal: put your dog on a lead immediately so that it can get away on its own.
