BERG Focaccia Gourmet is unique and cannot be compared with the well-known pizza.
We prepare the base with natural sourdough (18 hours rising time), a special flour mixture and sea salt and water. The thick, very light and fluffy base is extremely digestible and is only topped with the best ingredients after baking.
