
Melted tomatoes with tagliatelle
Recipe for 4 people
Ingredients:
500 g butter
250 g cherry tomatoes
1 handful of basil leaves
1 handful of mint leaves
Salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, sugar
200 g Taleggio
Tagliatelle
Preparation:
Wash the herbs, pat dry and chop finely.
Place the butter, cherry tomatoes and herbs in a saucepan with a lid and melt on the lowest heat for 2-3 hours. Stir occasionally.
Then put a large pan of salted water on to boil and cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions. Grate the Taleggio with a cheese grater.
Mix the tomato sauce with the pasta and grated cheese. Serve on plates and garnish with fresh herbs and a Parmesan chip.
The ingredients and preparation are simple, but the slow-melting sauce makes it a fantastic dish for summer! Have fun trying it out.
